Refund and Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our products (homemade food items), we do not accept returns once the product is delivered.

Non-Returnable Item

All our products are perishable food items (pickles and spice powders) and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged or Wrong Product

We will provide a replacement or refund only if:

 

    • You received a damaged product

    • You received the wrong item

📌 Important:

 

    • You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery

    • Share clear photos/video proof of the issue

Refunds (if applicable)

If approved:

 

    • Refund will be processed to your original payment method

    • Time: 5–7 working days

Order Cancellation

 

    • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch

    • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible

Shipping Charges

 

    • Shipping charges are non-refundable

    • If the refund is approved, only product cost is refunded
