Shipping & Delivery Policy – Pathakoti Pickles

At Pathakoti Pickles, we prepare your pickles fresh in small batches and ship them with care. Please read our shipping policy to understand delivery timelines and conditions.


1. Domestic Shipping (India)

  • Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2–4 working days.
  • Delivery takes 5–10 working days, depending on your location.
  • In rare cases, delivery may take up to 12–15 days due to courier delays, remote areas, or holidays.

2. International Shipping (optional – keep only if you really plan)

  • Orders are dispatched within 4–7 working days.
  • Delivery takes 10–20 working days, depending on customs clearance.
  • Customs duties/taxes are to be paid by the customer.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight and location.
  • We may offer free shipping on selected orders or offers from time to time.

4. Delivery Process

  • Delivery is usually attempted between 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
  • Please ensure your phone number is reachable during delivery.
  • Courier will attempt delivery 2–3 times.

5. Tracking Orders

  • After dispatch, you will receive tracking details via SMS/WhatsApp/Email.
  • You can track your order anytime using the tracking link.

6. Delays & Courier Responsibility

  • Delivery timelines are estimated, not guaranteed.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather, or unforeseen issues.

7. Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking shows delivered but not received:

  • Check with family/security/neighbours
  • Wait till the end of the day
  • Contact us within 48 hours
